Currently, the incorporation of TeaBase integrates data including genome assembly, genomic variation, phenotype, transcriptome and QTLs, providing a free access for data visualization, searching and downloading without registration. The overall aim of TeaBase is to provide long-term storage and support to the grape research data and to provide informatics tools and services for access, data mining, and knowledge discovery.

MuscovyDB
The Muscovy duck (Cairina moschata) originated in the warm region of South America, and although a tropical bird, can adapt to cold weather conditions down to 10°F without ill effects. So we report the de novo assembly of the Muscovy duck genome and new whole-genome sequences for 135 sample including domesticated animals, wild ancestors and closely related species. This comprehensive resource of Muscovy duck genomics, transcriptomics, and epigenetics will promote in-depth analysis in biology and evolution of Muscovy duck on a global scale and will be useful for evolutionary biologists and breeders.
HGFDB
The domesticated helmeted guinea fowl (Numida Meleargris) is sole domesticated animal and supposedly originated from wild helmeted guinea fowl in Africa. Herbal Medicine Omics Database is a public database aims to promote the communication of medicine plants and related synthetic biology research. The Database contains three sections: herbal plant genome, herbal plant transcriptome and herbal plant effective components pathway. There are both local and online data here, registered scientists users can also upload their data here.
