The TEA genome and genetic database (TeaBase) is an integrated genomic resource and a global web resource for Tea. Currently, the incorporation of TeaBase integrates data including genome assembly, genomic variation, phenotype, transcriptome and QTLs, providing a free access for data visualization, searching and downloading without registration. The overall aim of TeaBase is to provide long-term storage and support to the grape research data and to provide informatics tools and services for access, data mining, and knowledge discovery.
CHICKEN database documents 1987 genomes representing 244 global populations from 37 countries, and provides necessary information for biologist, geneticist and breeder to understand genomic diversity and genetic ancestry of gallus populations. We included miscellaneous functions and a friendly graphical user interface to visualize genomic diversity, population relationship, ancestral make up, footprints of natural selection, and population history etc
The Vitis genome and genetic database (VitisGDB) is an integrated genomic resource and a global web resource for Vitis. Currently, the incorporation of VitisGDB integrates data including genome assembly, genomic variation, phenotype, transcriptome and QTLs, providing a free access for data visualization, searching and downloading without registration. The overall aim of VitisGDB is to provide long-term storage and support to the grape research data and to provide informatics tools and services for access, data mining, and knowledge discovery.
The Muscovy duck (Cairina moschata) originated in the warm region of South America, and although a tropical bird, can adapt to cold weather conditions down to 10°F without ill effects. So we report the de novo assembly of the Muscovy duck genome and new whole-genome sequences for 135 sample including domesticated animals, wild ancestors and closely related species. This comprehensive resource of Muscovy duck genomics, transcriptomics, and epigenetics will promote in-depth analysis in biology and evolution of Muscovy duck on a global scale and will be useful for evolutionary biologists and breeders.
The domesticated helmeted guinea fowl (Numida Meleargris) is sole domesticated animal and supposedly originated from wild helmeted guinea fowl in Africa. So we report the de novo assembly of the domesticated helmeted guinea fowl genome and new whole-genome sequences for 135 sample including domesticated animals, wild ancestors and closely related species. This comprehensive resource of HGF genomics, transcriptomics, and epigenetics will promote in-depth analysis in biology and evolution of HGF on a global scale and will be useful for evolutionary biologists and breeders.
Herbal Medicine Omics Database is a public database aims to promote the communication of medicine plants and related synthetic biology research. The Database contains three sections: herbal plant genome, herbal plant transcriptome and herbal plant effective components pathway. There are both local and online data here, registered scientists users can also upload their data here. This is a open platform and we can provide technical services based on Agri-biotech Lab Company. Welcome communication, cooperation, and valuable opinions.
The Apple genome and genetic database (AppleGDB) is an integrated genomic resource and a global web resource for Apple. Currently, the incorporation of AppleGDB integrates data including genome assembly, genomic variation, phenotype, transcriptome and QTLs, providing a free access for data visualization, searching and downloading without registration. The overall aim of AppleGDB is to provide long-term storage and support to the grape research data and to provide informatics tools and services for access, data mining, and knowledge discovery.
The Mushroom genome and genetic database (MushroomGDB) is an integrated genomic resource and a global web resource for Mushroom. Currently, the incorporation of MushroomGDB integrates data including genome assembly, genomic variation, phenotype, transcriptome and QTLs, providing a free access for data visualization, searching and downloading without registration. The overall aim of MushroomGDB is to provide long-term storage and support to the grape research data and to provide informatics tools and services for access, data mining, and knowledge discovery.
